In terms of delicious food, we were well served, no complaints there. However, there's a lot of work to be done on punctuality, with delays ranging from 1 hour to 30 minutes. And the delivery process needs improvement, which is a shame…

I'm not disappointed with the pizzas, they were great, but they should have been ready at 9:20 PM and I didn't get my two pizzas until 10 PM. They offered me two cans of soda for the delay, but I still think it's a bit much. They're really swamped, but they keep taking orders, I don't understand it... When the owner isn't there, unfortunately, things don't run as smoothly as they should.

I've been ordering from Pascalou for years, and I always enjoy their quality pizzas so much – a real treat, the kids love them! The service is top-notch and they're always delivered on time.
