Ordered 4 pizzas online for 6:30pm, nothing ready, had to wait even though there weren't many people around at that time... "they're in the oven", but they weren't even prepared.

Let's not beat around the bush: the manager is anything but a manager. She yells at customers and even threatens them (basically, "I'm the boss, I do what I want"), and speaks rudely to her staff. I came with my son for breakfast, and she lumped everything together (croissant, éclair, pastries). In short, I absolutely do not recommend this bakery.

I ordered a ham and Emmental cheese sandwich via Uber Eats in the evening after 6:00 PM, and the bread was unfortunately very hard and dry. It's a shame because the sandwiches are usually good when I order them between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. It would be really helpful to better monitor the quality of the products throughout the day and make fresher ones when necessary, because this time it was frankly disappointing.
