Appalling!!! Run away!!! It's better to drive a few extra kilometers than to set foot in this place 🤮🤮🤮 Orange juice for €3 for 20cl? Are we insane?!?!? The children's play area is filthy, it's shameful. I'm going to call a cleaner to teach you how to use a broom! To top it all off, the employee was particularly unpleasant. And there's no air conditioning in the play area, so if you want to die, go ahead. Sincerely

For a McDonald's, nothing to complain about! The burger was well-made and the service incredibly friendly. Honestly, a positive atmosphere makes all the difference. Thank you to Delphine for her professionalism and kindness.

A terrible experience at McDonald's Le Crès. A chair broke while I was sitting there with my 10-month-old baby in my arms. We almost fell because of faulty equipment. The most shocking thing was the manager's attitude: no apology, no concern for our well-being, just a remark that "chairs are expensive." Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and no regard for customer safety. Before thinking about the price of chairs, they should be thinking about family safety. I do not recommend this restaurant.

A completely disorganized and unpleasant McDonald's with an abominable wait; I can't wait for Quick and KFC to open, at least we won't have to deal with them anymore.

I picked up my order, nothing was missing, and the service was quite fast. The restaurant was clean. However, when I got home, I realized that the two McFlurries were barely filled. I understand that there are rules to follow in fast food, but this is the first time in my life I've ever seen anything like it. Honestly, there were probably four spoonfuls, tops. It's completely outrageous when you pay €5 for a McFlurry.

We were charged extra even though the price of a plain sundae is the same as a chocolate sundae to begin with.

Arrived as a family with a 5-year-old around 6 PM. We were the first ones there, so the tables were already dirty. My son dropped his toy under the bench seat—my god, it was filthy! It hasn't been swept since the McDonald's opened (photo attached). And the restrooms? Don't even get me started—it was impossible to get the little one to use the toilet. Catastrophic... I don't understand, isn't there any quiet time for cleaning between services? All to raise the price of the McDonald's First Meal by one euro and remove one of the two sandwiches. Stop going to the McDonald's in Le Crès!

The more time passes, the more pathetic McDonald's becomes: too much waiting for a simple order, a bitter, giant, cold, flat Coke, etc. etc.

Terrible in every way. Cold food, unlimited salad, and the toilets were a disaster—their slogan should be "This is how it is at McDonald's!" Judging by the photo, sensitive souls beware!

McDonald's, very clean, fast service, fries and sandwich piping hot, custom sandwich made exactly as ordered, friendly staff. Nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it. 10/10!

Hello, honestly, the McDonald's isn't even clean. If you want to eat outside, there's pigeon droppings everywhere. They complain when you ask them to clean, and they forgot half the order. I don't recommend it. I only ordered two meals: a hamburger, fries, a drink, and ice cream, plus two curry sauces and three deluxe sauces (all in pairs). They forgot one hamburger, both drinks, the ice cream, and the sauces. After that, I'm not even surprised anymore... In short, I strongly advise against going there. Plus, they're unpleasant, the tables aren't even cleaned, and the toilets... don't even get me started on the smell; they must have been there for three months.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! The staff is beyond unpleasant. I ordered a large sundae. I was served a small one… I asked about it, and they curtly replied that it was the portion size!!! A third of the product was missing. A complete scandal, both in terms of the quantity of product and the disastrous service.
