I work in sales and have been traveling the world for over 40 years. I must admit that such an aggressive response only reinforces my opinion. A little restraint would have been the least you could do, but oh well, you don't change a winning team :o) Good luck keeping your current customers and not disappointing future ones!

Invited by a couple of friends, we discovered Le Garde-Manger. We ordered four signature menus at €42 each, and frankly, as we left, we were all in agreement: it was excellent! My wife was served a beef fillet with a wine sauce. She doesn't tolerate wine well, and this wasn't mentioned on the menu. No problem at all; they immediately changed the dish without the sauce. The beef was tender and succulent. Honestly, we live nearby (Vendargues) and we definitely plan to go back very often.

You immediately feel at ease in this welcoming and warm atmosphere. Once inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the interior and the garden. The service reflects the quality of the establishment, with an impeccable, relaxed, and friendly welcome that is also highly professional and efficient. As for the cuisine, the seasonal menu is always a delight, offering flavorful and well-balanced dishes. The concise menu also reflects the high quality of the ingredients, the flavor combinations, and the beautiful presentation. It's a flawless culinary experience. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, including the wines, everything was truly perfect and perfectly harmonious. It's rare to find such consistent quality across all the dishes. All the flavors are original and perfectly executed—a true delight. Bravo! We enjoyed every bite from start to finish and savored the moment in a magnificent setting. Highly recommended and a must-try.

While the exterior is unassuming, this restaurant boasts a splendid, beautifully decorated dining room and a lovely garden. The daily menu changes every Tuesday and offers three choices for each course: starter, main, and dessert. We opted for the cod loin, which was delicately flavored and delicious. The banana dessert was tasty, and the chocolate fondant was delectable. The prestigious red wine from Moulines paired perfectly with our fish and its flavors. (We always choose red wine.) An excellent restaurant with quick and friendly service.

A restaurant we discovered a year ago and where we've never been disappointed. Inventive, refined, surprising cuisine that's regularly updated. Attentive and elegant service. Just one small drawback: the Signature menu has recently increased to €42, with more and more dishes requiring an additional charge. Adding drinks makes it quite expensive, and you're entering a price range where other options are available. We'll probably return for special occasions, but less often simply for the pleasure of dining out.
