A terrible experience at Bambino Pizza Club. I ordered online for pickup. My first surprise: the pizzas were already out of the oven, even though I arrived 15 minutes early. My second shock came when I got home: the pizzas were completely burnt and inedible. Frankly, at €32, you expect a minimum level of quality and, above all, properly cooked pizzas. I tried contacting them via Instagram: no response. (I waited several days for a reply and to find a solution before leaving a negative review.) It was also impossible to find a phone number to contact the restaurant. The result: €32 down the drain, no customer service, no solution offered. We are pizza lovers; we usually go to Avanti Pizza in Lattes (which was out of pizzas that day), we eat there often, and we've never seen anything like this. First and last time for us. A disgrace. The worst part isn't the burnt pizza, but the lack of professionalism and consideration shown towards such a mistake, not to mention the health risks...

I've ordered pizzas from them twice. Both times I wasn't disappointed at all. I highly recommend the chicken curry pizza, which I absolutely loved.

I just got home and ordered two pizzas, one bambambino and one picanta, but I ended up with two with anchovies. I hate anchovies, I'm disappointed. I should have checked, and I paid too late!
