Dolce Cafe

I waited in line, watched a customer get served an ice cream, and then immediately they told me they were out of ice cream in 3 seconds. It's disgusting, especially when it's for children. This guy makes me want to vomit.

Never disappointed by Dolce Café at Odysseum! Everything is always excellent, both the food and the drinks. The welcome is incredible, the team is lovely, smiling, and very attentive. It's always a pleasure to come ☺️

No need to even speak, if I had spilled it I would have gone to change the cup. The service was terrible, we waited 30 minutes before being served. Avoid at all costs.

We just arrived, and the welcome was already terrible. We had to ask several times for a menu to be able to order. We wanted to pay with our Odysseum gift card, and they said they didn't accept it. We had to insist, and finally, lo and behold, it worked.

The short-haired waitress was quite unbearable… I won't be repeating the experience… something to think about.

A great experience at Dolce Café! The atmosphere is pleasant, especially on the terrace, ideal for a break in Odysseum. The dishes are varied, tasty, and beautifully presented, offering good value for money. The staff is welcoming and the service efficient. A great place that I recommend 👍

I've been getting my salads to go at lunchtime for almost a year now, and they're delicious! I also love the friendly service! However, I'm giving it two stars because for the past few weeks the salad sizes have been cut in half! They tell us the quantities are the same as before, but in a different container! Give me a break! Do you know of any salad containers that fit the width of your hand?! It's not even the size of a poke bowl! I'll give it five stars again when they stop taking us for fools!

I just went to get Italian ice cream with my son last week. The waitress told us it was €6, but today it's €7. My questions are: are they allowed to not display the prices? And secondly, is the price based on how much they think they can get away with, or is it dishonest? Thank you for your reply if this has ever happened to you.

I went to Dolce Café around 5:30 PM. There was no line, so I walked up to the display. The waitresses had their backs to me. I said hello and received a response, but they still had their backs to me and didn't ask what I wanted. I waited for five minutes and they didn't even acknowledge me. I'm very disappointed with their actions and I won't be going back. The service seriously needs improvement.
