La Burrata - Pizzeria

Excellent and generous pizza. Very good value for money. Very pleasant service.

The pizza dough has an outstanding consistency, presumably due to very high hydration and a long fermentation time. I would give it 5 stars for that. The toppings were plentiful and tasty. I'm deducting one star because the crust was far too burnt. A quarter of the pizza was so black it was inedible. The fior di latte topping was a bit too much, or rather, too thick for my taste. Nevertheless, I would recommend this pizzeria.

The pizza was very good. And I'm quite picky. The food and service were welcoming from start to finish, there was music, and a good atmosphere. I was quite satisfied.

Authentic Neapolitan pizza, just like in Italy! The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and the menu immediately sets the tone. Here, Neapolitan pizza takes center stage with quality ingredients, a well-made and flavorful dough, and perfect cooking. What more can I say except that this place deserves to be known for the quality of its service and the kindness of its owner. Until next time!

Honestly, the buffalo pizza, with very little topping for 13.90, wasn't very filling at all.

I really don't understand the 5/5 rating. Catastrophic service, unpleasant, pizza not very tasty.

Very good for the price but can be burned. Mine got burned around the crust. Update. Ordered again and this time it was even worse. The entirety of the crust was fully burned. Half of the pizza went into the trash because they can’t properly cook it. Look at the image.
