A major management problem, undoubtedly due to the owner. The two employees are pleasant, but clearly undertrained. It's frustrating to wait 15 minutes to order, then another 15 minutes for preparation before finally eating a focaccia. Employee training needs to be reviewed.

Best Spritz in Montpellier! A huge plus for the waiter who makes top-quality Spritzes! The dishes are fresh and delicious; it feels like a trip to Italy every time! I highly recommend it!!

It's always a pleasure to eat a good Italian dish at the counter. The staff are always very friendly, and the atmosphere is typical of Les Halles du Lez. The food is fresh, generous, and delicious!

Hello, friendly welcome, cool concept, but the call button doesn't work outside. The burrata was very creamy. The crushed tomatoes were great, but the fresh tomatoes weren't ripe. Avoid them when they're not fully ripe. The antipasti was great. The terrace was great. Less great, however: The cook hadn't eaten before service and was eating while preparing the plates. He cleaned his fingers with his mouth. And he was wearing dirty, ripped chef's trousers. Don't worry, we couldn't see his underwear. If this can help you achieve something truly excellent.
