Hello, I'm a customer at Wagon Pizza. The welcome was excellent, with smiles and a great atmosphere, nothing to complain about at all. That's all.

Friendly, pleasant person, good service and the pizzas are super good. Being very picky about food, I recommend 100%.

One star because I have no choice, but I strongly advise against it; we were sick all night.

A very bad experience. I was insulted in Arabic, with mocking and homophobic remarks. The pizza wasn't topped with enough, and the prices are too high for the quality. (I'm a student and I live near Saint Eloi!!)

On a rainy day, we decided to order two pizzas around 9:30 p.m., even though closing time was advertised as 10:00 p.m. I tried contacting the owner several times: after 15 minutes of calling, a man finally answered. The telephone service was appalling: a negative, curt, and condescending tone. I simply asked if it was still possible to order and if there was a wait. The response: "I don't have time right now! What do you want?" I then asked if the salmon was smoked. The response: "NO," still in an aggressive and dismissive tone. To top it all off, the pizzas were bland and of poor quality. I really don't recommend it: unpleasant service, no sense of customer service, and tasteless food.

The shopkeeper was unpleasant and didn't apologize for the delay. The pizzas were very sparsely topped and bland. The dough dried out in minutes.

He insulted me in Arabic, thinking I didn't understand, after my card declined and I had to pay again. He slammed the declined payment receipt on the table, calling me a liar and a crook. The three pizzas weren't cooked enough, and I had to finish cooking them in the oven because he apparently didn't feel like working that evening. 40 euros for three undercooked, sparsely topped pizzas and gratuitous insults—I strongly advise against going there.

Disappointed. Poor quality pizza, sparsely topped, extremely dry and thin, bland and tasteless. Avoid at all costs.

First time in my life this has ever happened. I go to the counter, the person isn't the usual one, which doesn't bother me. We say "hello," and then 10 long minutes go by during which the man paces back and forth between his pizzas and the counter, completely ignoring me. I finally start thinking my groceries (from the nearby supermarket) are going to get warm, so I go back and forth. I really wanted a pizza from Le Wagon. When I come back, the same thing happens. Totally ignored. I simply wanted to ask if the chorizo ​​was halal, and I couldn't; he just caught my eye and completely ignored me. In total, I waited 15 minutes, with no other customers waiting. I've never seen anything like it.
