The service wasn't very pleasant. The waitress wasn't very friendly. The customers in front of me had their food reheated and received napkins. I got nothing, no reheated pizza and no napkins lol, but like in every supermarket, I'm disappointed 😞

Hello, I'm a very regular customer. On the evening of April 23rd, I decided to buy a cake for a birthday. It was a royal chocolate cake, and it was a disaster! It was inedible and ruined our birthday. I'm really disappointed. 😞 😞 😞

Frozen bread first thing in the morning… seriously? This is supposed to be a bakery, not an industrial reheating station. No taste, dry texture, and sold as “fresh.” It’s misleading and frankly outrageous. I pointed it out to the cashier, and instead of taking it seriously, he just laughed it off… completely unprofessional. If you’re looking for real bread, go somewhere else.

The hot dog I bought this Sunday was really terrible; I think it had been sitting in the display case for a while. We also got a chocolate royal cake, but we only managed one bite because it must have been two days old too. The only good thing was the can of Fanta.

Today, April 3, 2026, at 2:55 PM, we went to the bakery. We wanted to sit at the small table outside to have a coffee, but the saleswoman, without even saying hello, told us, "But that's not possible!" We didn't buy anything and went to another bakery. The saleswoman needs to be trained in politeness... Have a good day.

I love going to this bakery; they have delicious pastries. Alycia and Simon always give me great advice and are always so kind and pleasant. Your staff are the best, in my opinion. ❤️

I love this bakery! They're all so nice, the food is incredibly good, and the atmosphere is friendly. You're pampered if you sit down for a nice cup of coffee. The young lady with glasses is exceptionally kind. Honestly, they deserve to be highlighted because our village shopkeepers are fantastic! 🤩

After buying two quiches for lunch with my partner, we got food poisoning. Avoid this place!

The service was appalling, and unfortunately, it's not the first time. The young saleswoman was incredibly disrespectful: haughty attitude, rolling her eyes when you speak to her, as if you were bothering her. I ordered a pain au chocolat, and they charged me €1.20. The baker said they were out. So I asked for a refund or something else at the same price. And then, miraculously, the saleswoman told her colleague that there were some "in the back." They brought me... a ridiculously small pastry instead of a pain au chocolat. €1.20 for a mini? Who are they kidding? When I pointed out that it wasn't what I ordered, she replied with incredible aplomb, rolling her eyes, almost annoyed. Zero customer service skills. No solution, no proper apology, nothing. As a business owner, when you're in the wrong, you offer some kind of compensation. Here, nothing at all. To "fix" the situation, his colleague gave me two mini pastries... hard and dry, clearly from the day before. I threw them away. Unpleasant service, disrespectful attitude, and mediocre quality. Avoid at all costs.

It's very good, but the prices are too high.
