Incredible pizzas! The crust is thin and crispy, cooked in a wood-fired oven, giving it an authentic, slightly smoky flavor. The ingredients are fresh, generous, and well-balanced. You can really taste the pizza maker's skill. He's always smiling, friendly, and takes the time to chat. You feel welcome every time. I highly recommend this food truck; I've never been disappointed since I started working there.

DISGUSTING! Avoid at all costs! You'd be better off going to Leclerc and getting frozen pizzas! All 5 pizzas we ordered had no smell, no taste, and were overcooked, dry, and completely under-topped! They were unappetizing just by looking at them! The chicken was brown, as if it had been left out in the sun for 4 hours! The pizzas were served cold! The texture was strange, as if they had been reheated from the day before—weird! This pizza truck is a mystery... It ruined our first night of vacation!

We ordered five pizzas. Of course, we're tourists, and the person running the truck asks us where we're from. Honestly, just get Sodebo pizzas; they're the same. They're hard, undercooked, and the person isn't professional. Avoid them.

The pizza dough wasn't great, it was undercooked and the toppings were rather sparse. For the price, it's still acceptable, but a good frozen pizza would do almost as well for half the price. Correction: Following the angry comment from the truck owner, I'm giving everything a 1. We ordered 5 pizzas and not one had a properly cooked crust.

Wood-fired pizza truck makes very good pizzas with homemade dough, cooked vegetables and especially with fresh products. Pizza at a low price. You can find a 33 cm pizza from €6.50 (Margarita). Don't hesitate to stop by to taste a dough spread by hand like in Italy with the art and the way of doing it by pizza chef Tony.

Having used up an entire loyalty card, I feel I can give an honest opinion. The pizzas are very well made, extremely competitively priced, and made with good quality ingredients. Furthermore, the fact that they're wood-fired is fantastic, as I believe they're the only ones in Pérols, and that's a real plus. The owner is very pleasant and helpful, and the pizzas are always ready on time. Overall, a very positive experience, because frankly, I have absolutely no complaints about this pizza maker or his products.
