Great atmosphere at the campsite, perfect welcome, highly recommended

Fantastic welcome, attentive and helpful staff, excellent cleaning service at the bungalow entrance, warm and friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to returning to see Myriam and Séraphin, always in good spirits.

The receptionist was awful. What a terrible welcome! I just came to ask about extending my stay to see if it was possible, and I was quickly turned away that Monday afternoon, July 27th. So I booked a campsite next door...

Today I went to the campsite reception to drop off brochures for the sports activities taking place in Palavas. I was greeted by a very unfriendly and unpleasant old woman who refused to put them up, claiming there wasn't enough space. I told her that since there was plenty of room, she could do it herself if she wanted, and that we offer an activity that tourists, who are her clientele, really enjoy. Given her bad faith, she replied, "My boss will be yelling at me later." A word of advice, boss, change your receptionist! Even the two other women at reception commented on my departure, "What an unpleasant person!" Good luck to the holidaymakers at this campsite! ⛺️

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially since we've been coming to this campsite for several years. The receptionist was very unpleasant. We had booked two mobile homes and a tent pitch. The pitch numbers had been agreed upon in advance so that the whole family could be together. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were all separated. The receptionist made no effort to find a solution. When we go for a drink at the campsite bar, we feel like we're bothering the staff, which is a real shame. Another negative point: the claw machine for children swallows coins, and when we reported it, the staff simply told us it wasn't their problem. It's a real disappointment. We were regulars at this campsite, but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouths.

Very, very good

Well-organized campsite. Spacious pitches. Impeccable services. Minimarket. Pizza at lunchtime and in the evening. Reasonable prices. The sea is just steps away. Picturesque surroundings. Montpellier city center is 16 km away (28 minutes by car/motorbike).

The pitch was clean and right next to the mobile homes. The beach is just next door, which is great; the children had a lot of fun, and the water was clear. Unfortunately, I'm taking off one star because of the sheer number of enormous mosquitoes on the campsite, which ruined a good part of our days despite using repellent... especially since they were biting! 😳 Finding an effective preventative measure should be a priority... (CO2 traps? Fans?) Because the campsite itself is still really lovely! Unfortunately, we don't want to return for this reason alone, especially for the children...

Quiet and very well-maintained campsite. The welcome and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the mobile home was clean. This is our second visit; I highly recommend it and will definitely return. The beach is less than 100 meters away, which is very convenient. The restaurant and terrace have been recently renovated and are very well laid out; the pizzas are good.

We had a great week at this small, family-run campsite. Its main advantage is undoubtedly its exceptional location: the sea is less than twenty meters away, which is a real plus. We also want to thank the maintenance staff, who were very responsive, helpful, and always smiling. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the reception staff, who we found rather cold and unfriendly. Regarding the swimming pool, it's a shame it isn't supervised, which sometimes leads to a lack of respect for hygiene rules among some campers. Despite these areas for improvement, we have fond memories of our stay and had a pleasant week.

Warm and friendly welcome. The restaurant and pool are also very good. Clean restrooms, but it's a shame there are no power outlets at the sinks or mirrors for drying hair or trimming beards. The power outlets are under the dishwashing sinks (inconsistent). Well located facing the sea and close to amenities, and ideal for visiting Palavas-les-Flots.

We spent five days in a peaceful place where we were able to relax. A quiet, family-run campsite not far from the sea. Thank you for the warm welcome from both the staff and newcomers; we will be back.

A human-scale campsite. The lounge and bar have been completely renovated. Nice communal shower. The pool maintenance is neglected and therefore dangerous, with damaged wood and rusty screws. The owner speaks with arrogance, like he's talking to a colleague. And that's what's unacceptable. They need to take a hard look at themselves. We are customers and we paid. Show some respect; keep your problems to yourself.
