El Fuego

Pizza is usually a safe bet, but this time it wasn't. It was covered in oil, the crust was undercooked, and it was just plain bad. It says "wood-fired," yet it tasted like a mass-produced pizza. Plus, the service wasn't exactly friendly. I'm sorry, but this is the first time I've ever left such a negative review.

Conveniently located on a quiet street, friendly staff, excellent lasagna, and the pizza had a slightly thin crust but was still good.

I came for lunch today with my daughter. The waiter gave us a very warm welcome. My paella was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. My daughter ordered a whole pizza, and the waiter offered to take it away if she didn't finish it—a thoughtful touch that not everyone gets (she ate it all!). €43 for two, including a carafe of white wine, a drink for my daughter, and a gourmet coffee. Very reasonable, I think. Thank you, I'll be back.

Terrible welcome, unpleasant owner, not a smile! The service leaves much to be desired! Truly pathetic! I absolutely do not recommend it, avoid at all costs!!!

A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends! The waiter was fantastic and very friendly! What's really disappointing is the frozen pizza dough... for a pizzeria, that's just okay!

Arthur, his son Arthur in the dining room, Fred in the kitchen, and a lady whose name I've forgotten, make this little restaurant in Palavas one of my favorites. Open year-round. Undoubtedly the best wood-fired pizzeria in Palavas. The welcome and service are top-notch. A very good and satisfying daily special at an unbeatable price for weekday lunches. A very pleasant terrace in the summer. Note: only the terrace is wheelchair accessible.

We're from the north and we ate at this restaurant where the lady was incredibly welcoming. We had a wonderful meal; it was perfect. Very generous portions. We highly recommend it and thank the waitress again for her kindness. (We were too hot that day, but thankfully there was air conditioning inside.) 👍

Pizza too small, not particularly tasty, weak topping. The tomato sauce is not homemade (eco+ coulis?). I do not recommend it.
