A chance encounter on this little pedestrian street... A very clean stall, then the sight of those pans of mussels braised in a hot pot... We came back, but it was too late... No big deal... We'll be back tomorrow, we're feeling greedy, and with the smell and the atmosphere, we wanted to try it... And what a surprise! Absolutely amazing, as the kids say 😂 Top-notch value for money. Honestly, if you're passing by, stop in for some tapas or anything else, it's incredible... And the service is so friendly, you just want to become friends with the owners and the waiter... Thank you, a great find! This kind of business is rare these days... This review is sincere. Long live you!

Not the best paella I've ever had, but not bad either, decent value for money. The penne with shellfish is very good.

It's rare that I leave a bad review. We were ordered for a brasucade (a type of grilled meat dish) and asked for fries as a side. We sat down, and once we were served, the waiter told us he didn't have any fries... We told him that if we had known, we wouldn't have stayed. My friend went to buy a tray of fries from the chip shop right next door. At that point, the manager asked us to leave. He could have been understanding, but not wanting to make a fuss, we left. We absolutely do not recommend this place.

We're locals and we love eating there; we've never been disappointed! The service is excellent! The food is delicious. Mediterranean cuisine and atmosphere, just the way we like it 😜 A great place with a friendly vibe, that's what we're all about...

Excellent tapas, a pulp salad where there was more octopus than pepper, same for the rouille (a Provençal garlic and saffron sauce), you don't go looking for cuttlefish among the potatoes 🤣. Good food, reasonable prices, and friendly service. I recommend it if you're strolling around Palavas.

Small restaurant in the center of Palavas. We received a warm welcome. We ordered the Palavasian-style pan-fried dish and loved it! The sauce was delicious. Our wine was good. The disposable cutlery was surprising; I'm not sure if it's biodegradable (maybe the plates, but the forks???). The dessert was decent. Reasonable prices...worth trying...

We came to eat with two children. The food was average. But the service was a disaster. We were asked to order the set menus at the same time as everything else, which we did. Our dishes arrived first, the first child was served five to ten minutes later, and my daughter, who was waiting for pizza, waited over 20 minutes. They claimed there was a problem with the oven, even though I had ordered a pizza myself, which arrived immediately. It's a shame, not a word of apology or even a gesture of goodwill.

The waitress told us the paella was full of mussel shells and other debris, saying it was falling from the roofs above the terrace. It was very bland, with only cuttlefish and one shrimp.

A delicious paella, cooked right in front of us, and the enticing aroma drew us in to enjoy it. Pure bliss, especially with a glass of local white wine. Paradise does exist! 😁

Wanted to share a plate and drink w my mother and cousin, owner said 1 plate isn’t too little and kicked us out. Restaurant was empty. Terrible service.

New concept with pizzas, they're excellent! The Palavasian-style skillet and homemade paella are a real treat! The servers are smiling and friendly. Highly recommended! 👌🙂

Disappointed with the new pizza and salad concept instead of local fish dishes. We're locals and used to come to La Poêlée Palavasienne specifically to eat cuttlefish/squid… Now it's just another fast-food restaurant, which is a shame. The welcome and service, however, are still very good.
