Don Papa Pizza st Gély

Excellent pizzeria. Thick crust and very generous portions. I've seen many reviews claiming the ingredients are bad, which is absolutely untrue. I've ordered about ten pizzas and they've all been perfect and fresh. I highly recommend it.

Hello Don Papa I never leave reviews, but I'm leaving one this time because, no... your pizzas ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST! I ordered pizzas once last year... and well... Never again because I thought to myself: "Even frozen pizzas from Intermarché are better and cheaper"... Then I learned about the change of ownership through a prospectus... like everyone else, I think... so my friend and I decided to give it a chance. And well done! A professional pizza maker, my friend had absolutely nothing to complain about... Besides, the reviews from less than two months ago speak for themselves... We go back regularly, for delivery or to eat in: Simple entrance but a warm, friendly team that listens to its customers. The kitchen is visible from outside but also from inside through the entrance vestibule: Hats off to the cleanliness!! Several of our friends go there because it's a real treat: homemade pasta, we're even sure the tomato sauce is homemade and not canned and poured like so many others do! Quality products, some even of Italian origin! But it's true that sometimes quality products, compared to the junk we eat all the time, struggle to gain appreciation... what a shame... but never mind. Well done, Don Papa, for delighting us every time, keep it up! We were certainly pleasantly surprised by this change of ownership :) Signed Your loyal customers

I just discovered this pizzeria, and the taste and the crust are very good. The quality is definitely there; I recommend it.

I ordered two pizzas this evening for my wife and me. The pizzas were much too soggy and not at all crispy. The toppings are of very poor quality, and my wife was surprised to find a hair completely embedded in the melted cheese. It was impossible to finish it. After calling them, the person on the phone, in addition to almost indirectly saying that my wife was a liar and that the staff wore protective hairnets, also expressed her surprise at the poor quality of their products and told me that this was the first time she'd received this type of feedback; which is absolutely not reflected in the previous reviews on the pizzeria's Google page. In short, low-quality products, very poorly controlled cooking, poor hygiene, and dishonest business owners. Last time.

The pizza was fantastic, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The crust was far too thick. The mozzarella smelled bad and left an unpleasant, rubbery aftertaste. The ham was very salty. Happy with the service but disappointed with the taste.

Excellent pizza

Very good pizza, the pizza dough is very, very good, very pretty appearance, a little lacking in toppings but the taste is definitely there. I recommend it.

The order was ready quickly, which was a plus! The price was reasonable and they were quite good. Friendly staff.

Even the cheapest pizza at Intermarché will be better, it's surprising, you'd think they don't even taste their own pizzas... Avoid it, even if people won't make the same mistake twice.

Really not good. The dough is more like bread dough. Dry with way too much cheap cheese. You can barely taste the other ingredients. For the price, it's much better from the supermarket.

Very, very good pizzas. The address is difficult to find, but the service is very friendly.
