I would like to thank the cashier from Saturday morning during my first visit to your store. She welcomed me with a smile and was very customer-oriented – it was a pleasure! I will gladly return; the bread is very good, thank you.

The waitresses were super friendly, very nice and professional. I'll be back; it's a very pleasant and very clean store.

The lack of hygiene is significant in this establishment, particularly at the entrance to the product bins. The bins at -50°C are very dirty. The bins we can see in the back kitchen are also very dirty. The checkout counters are very dirty, in full view of the customer. The servers don't have tongs to serve the products. It's a real shame because Marie Blachère products are of very good quality, and this is the first time I've seen such a lack of hygiene.

I often find the service poorly managed. Having two saleswomen taking the order is sometimes a bit confusing, and then you hear them insulting and being vulgar 😅 We shouldn't have to deal with this kind of feedback as customers; it's quite strange.

Very welcoming but filthy toilets with flies

Generally, I'm not disappointed at Marie Blachère. For example, if you buy 10 fresh croissants, it costs you six euros. I bought 10 day-old croissants to reduce food waste and see how they could be used to make ham croissants. But they also cost me six euros, the same price as the fresh ones, even though they were 50% off. The math doesn't add up, Kevin, or maybe you're selling them individually, but it would be nice if you mentioned that. If it was a mistake, I'm fine with it, but if it's not a mistake, I'll only buy fresh croissants and not the reduced-waste ones. I came today, April 16th, at 2:56 PM.

This bakery offers unbeatable value for money. A wide variety of options to suit all tastes, from breads, pastries, cookies, doughnuts, cakes, and sandwiches—and I'm sure I'm forgetting many more! The service isn't always perfect, but the staff are nonetheless lovely. Large, free parking lot—very convenient.

Very disappointed with my visit to the Marie Blachère bakery in Saint-Gély-du-Fesc today at 10:30 am. The cashier completely ignored the queue. He knew some customers and took their orders before others who had been waiting longer. This is disrespectful to the customers present and to the order of service. It's a shame, because the products are good, but the service needs to be more professional and fair. 0.5/10 Warning

The lunch specials are great and inexpensive; there's always a seat available. The breakfast is good too.

I won't be going back. A week ago, I bought a galette des rois (king cake): when I got home, I saw that it was cut on the back, probably a baking problem, but this should have been mentioned, so half a slice was missing. I didn't say anything. Today, they had a special on browkies: my daughter's was runny inside, undercooked (we thought it was Nutella, but it wasn't). On top of that, the staff is unpleasant, cold, and shouts in front of customers. There's a real lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs...
