Bravo! To arrive so late to the saturated pizza market in Saint-Gély and establish yourself as the best, in my opinion, is a miracle! More specifically: The crust is thin, but nicely puffed up at the edges, slightly crumbly, the sauce is excellent, the ingredients are top-quality... What more could you ask for? Oh yes! As someone who can't stand goat cheese, I noticed there were no handling errors (which, for me, would be a deal-breaker)! The utensils seem to be thoroughly cleaned between each customer. Bravo, bravo!
