They advertised a deal for 3 pizzas + a bottle of wine for €25, then charged me without mentioning the discount, claiming one of the pizzas was outside the promotion range... even though nothing was stated on the flyer... then the saleswoman became aggressive, telling me she couldn't know everything in her job... I won't be back!

Very unpleasant, and not very good.

In January 2025, JM B left this review with 1 star because, unfortunately, it's not possible to give less: We bought a "Royaume" (a type of French pastry) and it turns out that it wasn't risen enough, the taste is bland, the candied fruit too, and I'm not sure it was even made that day! I want to reassure JM B that nothing has changed, it's still just as bad! I can't say that the "Royaume," bought around 3 pm today, is disgusting because it's still edible, but, apart from the saleswoman's smile, I understand the very low ratings given to Galzin bakeries. Fortunately, there are other bakery chains that are worthy of their work and don't bring discredit to this profession. I'm not a competitor, I live in Pinet, and I'm giving this rating because I don't like being ripped off.

Severe food poisoning after buying a pastry that tasted really strange...

I can't help but recount the scene I witnessed this morning when I came to pick up my galette des rois (king cake). When I entered, the saleswoman was on the phone and politely explained (though apparently she was already repeating herself...) that Galzin Bakery doesn't make wedding cakes, no... And that they wouldn't be making them this summer either... no... She informed the person on the other end of the line about all the different kinds of cakes that can be made in a traditional pastry shop and suggested the croquembouche (a tiered cake). Despite all this information, the person insisted on their wedding cake and the pastries that would be offered this summer.... I really felt sorry for the saleswoman, but it was almost funny... You could have thought it was a prank or a hidden camera prank to try and get a rise out of her! I hope for her sake that she doesn't get too many calls like that, but this "mystery shopper" certainly gave me a good laugh.

We stopped by this afternoon for a frangipane tart, and the young woman there was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed it, so we decided to repeat the experience by calling to order pizzas. Always very welcoming, and the prices are super reasonable. No reason to hesitate, go for it without hesitation!

Great, I ordered a cake from the website, but the atmosphere inside was lacking, which is a shame.

Great time at Galzin in Saint Jean! The saleswoman is lovely, but she deserves a payment terminal that matches her skill level; it keeps malfunctioning, it's unbearable. Thanks anyway to the waitress, may God protect her!
