Good food, lots of choice, welcoming staff, however the tables are a little dirty

The saleswoman was really unpleasant. I simply asked if they still had any small cheese sandwiches for the set menu, and she just told me "No." Then I asked another saleswoman for advice on the pizzas, and she sold me an XXL when I had asked for a regular one for €10.90 (I think).... Yes, it's possible to be new and not know the products, and yes, it's hot, but that's the case for everyone. I arrived with a smile, so please be pleasant and apologize if you made a mistake.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I asked for a sliced ​​sports bread, and I saw the saleswoman take the wrong one from the shelf. I pointed it out to her, but she insisted she hadn't and went to slice it and put it in a paper bag. When I got home, not only was it not a sports bread, but a fig bread, and sliced ​​so thinly that the slices couldn't be separated. So I threw the bread away!!! Over €3 wasted, and to top it off, the saleswoman was VERY unpleasant. I won't be going back.

This is completely unacceptable; improper food safety procedures can be dangerous. Follow-up with health authorities is essential in my opinion.

Today I ordered a large coffee with cream, which was only half full. I asked for an extra cup, and when I asked for a container of water for my dog, the girl gave me a cup of hot water. I told her the water was hot, and she said no, she really thinks I'm an idiot. I had to buy a bottle of cold water for my dog. I've been to this bakery several times and bought my meals there several times. This is the first and last time I'll go back. They're really not customer-oriented, and on top of that, the food is disgusting. Avoid this place; I won't be going back. The staff leaves much to be desired.
