Wow...this burger is incredible! I discovered this food truck at the Jardin des Plantes during an event. The menu is enticing: burgers with local ingredients, bobun...and homemade desserts. Everything is excellent. The Jean Carlos burger is to die for. The fries are fantastic. Honestly, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Thanks to the team!

A real gem I discovered today! An incredible and inventive menu, with a wide selection of high-quality dishes. The butter chicken I had for lunch was to die for, and the finger brownie... absolutely divine. The owner and her chef are also very friendly and offer great advice.

Discovered at the Millésime Bio wine fair in Montpellier, where they were running a food truck, I wasn't disappointed! Is it because I'm from Lyon? Perhaps it's mostly because I love good food. Gourmet burgers with flavorful meats (cooked to your liking, of course) and a thick patty, a lovely, soft, slightly brioche bun, crispy bacon, and homemade onion compote. All good ingredients combined, plus homemade fries—it was a generous portion! A well-organized event with a great selection of organic products, both on the plate and in the drinks. Very enjoyable!

For over a year now, my colleagues and I have been going to this place every Wednesday at lunchtime. The food is always expertly prepared and full of flavor, the dishes are varied and made with fresh ingredients. The couple who run it are lovely and always keep a smile on their faces despite the long line of customers waiting outside their food truck. I recommend it 1000%! Special mention goes to this week's noodles, which were exceptional, as well as the delicious dessert.

Every Friday at LIRMM, a pure delight! The prices are reasonable and the flavors and quantity are excellent.

We met a lovely couple and their son at an event in Beaulieu! We had a fantastic meal, fresh burgers, sophisticated recipes – we thoroughly enjoyed it!
