I don't like to criticize small businesses, but this is really outrageous. I came to get a chicken and mustard sandwich, which was simply inedible… only the bread was good! (I don't know if you taste your sandwiches before selling them.) I had a brownie for dessert and the same disappointment, drier… I don't think I've ever seen one, and the color of the chocolate suggests it's frozen, of course, with absolutely no taste… I'm very disappointed.

I was invited to friends' house for lunch today. I was in charge of bringing dessert and a surprise. The éclairs were all hard (stale). Nobody ate any; they weren't good at all. It's shameful to sell such a pastry! On the other hand, the bread was good!

I hate to criticize a business, but this was my first visit to this bakery around 6:45 pm. The welcome was very cold, and I felt like I was bothering the saleswoman, who was busy filling out paperwork. She offered little advice (she couldn't even explain the difference between a Trianon and a Royal cake) and made an inappropriate comment about the display case, even though we weren't touching it. She then took the liberty of handling the cakes with her bare hands, even though she had just touched a pen and a notebook—it takes her three minutes to wash them. We paid almost €9 for two cakes and felt rushed. When we tasted them, one of the cakes had a very strong rancid taste. A disappointing experience.

The bread is often well-baked and of good quality. Sometimes the baguettes don't rise properly, but most of the time they turn out very well.

I'm really disappointed because I loved this bakery. I've been going there for over a year, almost every day, to buy my doughnuts; they were my little daily treat. Several months ago, one of the bakers kindly asked me to leave my electric scooter outside for hygiene reasons, which I immediately understood and accepted. Since then, I've always left it outside on every visit, without any fuss. Recently, a new saleswoman served me several times by grabbing the doughnuts directly with her bare hands. As usual, I wanted to remain polite, and today, before she touched them, I simply asked if she could use the tongs like all the other employees have been doing since I started coming here. She then replied in an irritated tone, "My hands are in disinfectant all day," before reluctantly taking the tongs. From that point on, her attitude completely changed: a grimace, an unpleasant tone, not a single kind word. She handed me the bag without a word, curtly asked if I wanted the receipt, then turned her back on me without even saying goodbye. I find this really disappointing, especially coming from a place where I'd been a loyal customer for so long. A minimum of respect and consistency regarding hygiene standards seems reasonable to me. I won't be going back, and it's truly sad that things have come to this.
